Get lean with Coconut Greens!

November smoothie challenge begins here.

For the month of November, I will be starting my morning with a Coconut Greens inspired smoothie. I just can’t get enough plant based protein. I add a scoop of Nutiva Hemp Protein, fresh banana, and a scoop of peanut butter. Each day I will exercise, drink more water, and eat less carbohydrates. Check out below how to make a smoothie.
