On the go green journey…
Every morning, I gear up for my day with a smoothie and a positive outlook. I find that a lighter yet a nutritious breakfast helps me to stay energized throughout my entire day. I try to combine healthy fruit options with a protein (almond butter, cashew butter, or peanut butter), unsweetened non-dairy milk, and coconut greens super powder.
