No dairy, no problem!

Dairy has a lot of additives, extra fat, and also slows your body down.  It takes even longer to digest dairy. Many of us believe that dairy is beneficial for calcium; however, coconut milk, kale, collard greens, broccoli, figs, and oranges are other highly enriched calcium dairy alternatives. I recently decided to transition to a vegan lifestyle. Immediately, I noticed I had more energy and even shed a few extra pounds. My meals are more simple and full of veggies and fruits. I love to start my day with a smoothie, and end it with a salad and a protein, but for snackin’ time I have nuts, clementines and popcorn. Start to eliminate dairy and see what happens!

  1. More energy
  2. Loss of weight
  3. Feeling full
  4. Eat more fruits, vegetables, and grains
  5.  Less cravings
