New Year, New Vegan!

Happy New Year! I still can’t believe its 2014. It’s the first time in 19 years where there was a new moon in the new year which means a lot of significant changes in careers, relationships, etc. For the past 13 years, I’ve been a vegetarian but after researching more about the additives, treatment of animals, animal fat, and “extra” stuff they add into the foods I decided to go completely vegan.

Bring on the vegan challenge. I’ll update you along my journey.

Breakfast: Kind Cereal with unsweetened almond milk & hemp seeds.. (I also add organic sunbutter for more protein)

foodSnacks: Cashews, almonds, raisins, etc. for extra protein
