3) Ease your mind with meditation, breathing exercises, self reiki, walking in nature, chanting, yoga, prayer, etc.
4) Stop watching television and only focus on positive thoughts … TV creates a low vibration level.
5) Set your intention and know that your are a divine being. Act in a God-like sense – respect everyone & look for the best in every situation.
