Step 1: Choose your milk. Organic, goat, soy, rice, almond, coconut, etc.
Step 2: Mix your protein: Hemp, Whey or/and Soy. (Personal favorite: Trader Joe’s Hemp Protein Powder in Vanilla or Chocolate)
Step 3: Frozen fruits (preferably organic)
