The Smoothie Craze

If you’re looking for a healthy alternative, smoothies are quick and easy to make with hundreds of unique recipes. They’re a great supplement for pre-workout, in between meals, and for the early morning rush. It helps to reduce cravings and leave your body feeling satisfied longer. Here’s four steps for creating a delicious smoothie.

Step 1: Choose your milk. Organic, goat, soy, rice, almond, coconut, etc.


Step 2: Mix your protein: Hemp, Whey or/and Soy. (Personal favorite: Trader Joe’s Hemp Protein Powder in Vanilla or Chocolate)


Step 3: Frozen fruits (preferably organic) 


Step 4: Add flax oil and cinnamon.
